Wine Selections The Summit Chalet offers a variety of wine choices for your selection. Wine can be purchased by the glass or as an open bar with a set number of bottles paid for by the hosts. When hosting an open bar the number of bottles used will be tallied at the end of the evening and added to your final invoice.
