More than ever, Papa Charlie’s is the place to get together and relax with friends and family. There’s more space, a new bar and new casual tavern dining options. There will even be early evening acoustic sets on weekend nights Saturdays 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., sponsored by Eagle Ridge. The ski and snowboard and other games enjoyed by children and adults alike remain but we’ve added a whole lot of additional space so that everyone can spread out and get comfortable. If you get hungry, Papa Charlie’s for the first time will offer appetizers and light meals. And on weekend evenings, if you want to enjoy the acoustic sets over dinner or just let your kids play the games while you’re catching up with your spouse, you can grab a table in the new upstairs bar area and have the entire Mountain View Grill menu from which to choose.

You’re in for a treat. A venue like Papa Charlie’s, located about 200 yards from Eagle Ridge at the main base area, isn’t something you’ll find anywhere else in ski country. With first-class entertainment in a setting that combines rustic Northwood’s charm and big city cool in equal measure, Pap Charlie’s features live music from favorite Twin Cities and national pop, rock, blues and country acts every weekend throughout the season. Best of all, everyone’s on vacation and ready to have a good time.

The main stage will continue to feature the best headlining blues, rock, R&B, and pop acts from the Twin Cities and around the country every weekend.
